Thank you for shopping with Tropical Galaxy LLC. Due to the nature of our cultivation supplies, sanitary products, and carefully prepared merchandise, all sales are final.

Tropical Galaxy LLC does not accept returns or exchanges. Please carefully review product descriptions, quantities, dimensions, compatibility information, and shipping details before completing your purchase.

Products sent back without prior written authorization will not be accepted and may not be eligible for replacement, store credit, or refund.

Purchases are not guaranteed to qualify for a refund. Refunds, replacements, or store credits may be considered individually and are issued solely at the discretion of Tropical Galaxy LLC.

Contacting us about an order does not guarantee that a refund, replacement, or store credit will be approved.

We want every customer to receive the products they ordered in good condition. Please contact us within seven calendar days of delivery if:

• Your order arrived damaged.
• You received an incorrect product.
• An item listed in your order was missing.
• Your package appears to have been damaged during shipping.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage.

We will review the information and determine an appropriate resolution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include troubleshooting assistance, replacement merchandise, store credit, a carrier claim, or a discretionary refund. A particular resolution is not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for reading product instructions and determining whether a product is appropriate for their intended use. Cultivation results may be affected by handling, storage, sanitation, temperature, humidity, environmental conditions, biological materials, and other factors outside the control of Tropical Galaxy LLC.

For these reasons, Tropical Galaxy LLC cannot guarantee specific cultivation results and does not offer refunds based solely on unsuccessful results, contamination occurring after delivery, improper use, or conditions outside our control.

Cancellation or address-change requests must be submitted as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing, been prepared, or shipped, it may no longer be changed or canceled.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Tropical Galaxy LLC is not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided during checkout.

Although we do not accept returns or guarantee refunds, we encourage customers to contact us when they experience a problem. We value the opportunity to answer questions, provide troubleshooting support, and review legitimate order concerns.
